French choreographer Mickaël Phelippeau asked priest Jean-Yves Robert to dance with him. This tender web of personal anecdotes and common movement became the cornerstone for the now 15-part series »Bi-Portrait.« Phelippeau’s Bi-Portraits are momentary recordings from the lives of two people whose interactions overflow into their bodies. At Kampnagel, he presents his most recent encounter with Daudi Jarouth Simba, a Ugandan migrant who now works as an event technician at the Theater Freiburg.
