NDR Sinfonieorchester

With »The Artist« director Michel Hazanavicius succeeded a funny and moving declaration of love to the era of silent films. The NDR symphony orchestra accompanies the film live with the music of composer Ludovic Bource. Developing the film’s music, he studied carefully the sound of the 1920ies. Inspired by Bernard Herrmann, Max Steiner and Charlie Chaplin he composed an outstanding orchestra score.
