For once, to announce an all-starfestival-line-up for the final party is not a charming exaggeration: There will be DJ sets in the foyer by Bianca Casady, who will play the really last festival concert with her band CocoRosie the next day and Mr. Turntableism Kid Koala himself (whose space trip SATELLITE is running earlier), and an exclusive night concert by Hauschka, who not only sells out the Elbphilharmonie but also knows all too well what a real party is from long nights in the Düsseldorf Salon des Amateurs (and who is on stage in WHERE THERE‘S FORM). The KMH-Club is hosted all night long by the Possy collective with house, techno and everything that musically came before and will come after that. The collective is successfully working for an increased visibility of female, trans and non-binary DJs, artists and performers, and is regularly causing buzzes in the local party scene. As a special portion of summer festival extravaganza, Possy have also teamed up with their friends from Œuvre collective and invited the three drag performers Psoriasis, Itchy and Xixi. The garden’s Migrantpolitan, on the other hand, belongs to Boy Division this evening, who, with the help of a drink or two, present their new record with incredible cover hits. Enjoy!
