Olof Dreijer is a musician responsible for some of the most innovative dance music releases of this century. As a DJ, he has captivated audiences from Berghain to the Dekmantel Festival with his musical cosmopolitanism and diverse range of styles. As one half of the iconic avant-garde electro duo The Knife, Dreijer made history with surreal synth-pop of hypnotic depth and also performed at Summer Festival in 2015. At the club, Olof Dreijer will now introduce his new project with the Swedish-Colombian percussionist Diva Cruz. They are working on a new collaborative EP and will showcase an eclectic and captivating blend of live percussion, rap, and club music. Their style ranges from house to baile funk, but above all, it is "very party and fun." The evening will be introduced by the flamboyant Semi Nice and extended by a global-philosophical music guru whose expertise in danceable tracks from Australia to Ethiopia is unique: DJ Plazebo, also known as part of the Fünf Sterne Soundsystem and as the host of Pallas, a Hamburg nightlife hot spot with its own dancefloor.
