The already legendary Krumpbattle ROLL OF THE DICE under the artistic direction of the Hamburg Krump duo Queen & Aura is back. Outstanding national and international Krump dancers will compete against each other to prove their skills. As the audience watches the thrilling performances to the beats of a live DJ from the tribune, the dancers will be judged in a knock-out system by an expert panel of judges made up of renowned representatives of the krump scene until there is a winner. Krump emerged in the 2000s in South Central, LA, and is characterised by elements of isolation of individual body parts and expressive movements that embody the experience of social inequality. Krump is danced resistance to oppression and discrimination.
