Trauma shapes bodies, minds and societies. Physician, trauma specialist and bestselling author Gabor Maté brings together medicine, psychology and neuroscience to explore the roots of human suffering, both personal and political. Drawing on his experience as a Holocaust survivor and his work in Gaza and the West Bank, he reflects on trauma, power and the narrowing of narratives in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. He is joined in conversation by Julia Manek and Riad Othman.

Eine Veranstaltung in Kooperation von medico international mit Kampnagel, Bürgerhaus Wilhelmsburg und Germany goes to therapy.
