ALOK’s new infused poetry and comedy show that they have toured across the U.S. They are also performing the show at Edinburgh Fringe Festival later this year in August. ALOK seamlessly intertwines comedy and poetry to explore themes of gender, transphobia and racism. ALOK will share personal stories about their life and their thoughts on the mistreatment of trans people. ALOK shares personal anecdotes about their healing journey and story to reclaim their joy from their shame. This is a call for compassion and a world beyond the gender binary.
