Alternative, explicitly political rap: the German-Kurdish musician Ebow stands for clear words and strong beats. She is considered the mouthpiece of a post-migrant rap and art scene, yet she refuses to be pigeonholed. Ebow can flex brutally and in the same breath reflect on racism, queerness and the liberation of Kurdistan - often in the space of just a few seconds.
