KRASS Festival 11: Roma City Hamburg

With the 2023 edition, the KRASS Kultur Crash Festival focuses on the community of Rom*nja and Sinti*zze who are not only hardly visible in public life and in the urban space of Hamburg, but underrepresented and exposed to daily discrimination. The KRASS Festival makes it its mission to offer a platform to artistic positions that take a stand against this exclusion. The program presents international theatre productions, performances and music, as well as a congress format that deals with the situation of the Sinti*zze and Rom*nja community under artistic and socio-political aspects and identifies concrete needs and demands.
