A little crash course on the title: “Hawaa” means “lust” or “desire” in Arabic and alludes to the multiple dimensions of sexual identity and the unfolding of desire – Hawaa is used here in a context that emphasises a sexual and queer freedom without restrictions, and combined with the relaxed meaning of ‘vibes’.
