Sasha Marianna Salzmann, most recently in 2022 at Summer Festival, is an award-winning author and playwright living in Berlin. Ofer Waldman is as a freelance author for German Public Radio, among others, was awarded the ARD Radio Play Prize in 2021 and lives and works in Israel and Germany. Immediately after October 7th, Salzmann and Waldman begin a correspondence: In letters, chats, with poems and music they try to describe what they see and experience. What is left of old certainties? What endures in the in the maelstrom of opinions, assertions and positionings? In the attempt to approach these questions narratively, "Gleichzeit" becomes a touching document of a friendship in a shattered world.

In German language.

In her concerts, multi-instrumentalist Cemile Dinçer combines piano and saz to reinterpret traditional Kurdish, Armenian and Turkish songs. She presents the full power of folkloric music in modern and traditional arrangements. At Waldbühne, she is accompanied by Ahmedo on tembur and lavta.
