Their recent August Summer Festival performance filled the kmh Club with a thrillingly apocalyptic-jazz atmosphere, culminating in an ecstatic audience response. Next March, the band led by Taylor Kirk, comes back, delivering their signature blend of melancholic charm and contemporary resonance in a more intimate, seated venue. Drawing inspiration from vintage synthesizers, dystopian soundscapes, and influences spanning Leonard Cohen, Alice Coltrane, and Brian Wilson, they craft "an unparalleled sound – both spooky and groovy" (taz).

Adding a gentle counterbalance to their brooding modernity is Swiss singer-songwriter Melanie Danuser, known as Mel D. With her dreamy indie-pop, she searches for hope and solace, finding them in her electrifying live performances. Already acclaimed for her role in the electro-pop duo mischgewebe and as guitarist for Faber, Mel D made her mark on the Swiss music scene. Her debut solo EP "Not Crazy" – a collection of introspective lyrics and delicate guitar arrangements – was released in October, paving the way for her promising solo career.
