Rayne J. Raney is a Berlin based artist working between movement, performance, and poetry.FOR ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES // BARE WITNESS // BOTTOMS UP is an immersive performance in Kampnagel’s foyer space, that delves into the intricate theme of living with ADHD while also addressing the urgent need for visibility and recognition in a society grappling with prejudice. Sound scoring, set and lighting design created in collaboration by Elliott Browne-Clarke and Rayne – founding members of RAYNE&CEREMONY Berlin, Germany. Through an innovative chance procedure, a wide range of tasks, carefully curated or entirely random, are performed by Rayne in interaction with the audience, creating moments of unpredictability that authentically mirror the chaotic and creative nature of life with ADHD and inviting the audience into a reflection of identity, societal restrictions, and the inexorable passage of time.
