Eight people are spread out in a white and turquoise training room. Some lie on the floor with their knees drawn up, one person does a handstand on the wall, four pull on ropes, one person lies on their back and stretches their legs in the air.

The Gym is a hybrid place and sees itself as a counter-design to stereotypical body cultures, market-conforming standardisation and other forms of neoliberal self-optimisation. With a varied training programme of daily classes, intensive weekend sessions, mental workouts and a massage area, The Gym trains and celebrates our physical and mental resistance in the sense of joyful activism and calls for the individual and collective re-appropriation of body and mind. Together with participating artists and trainers, The Gym will expand the movement radius of inclusive body politics, strengthen the mind-muscle connection and offer resistance training for body, mind and soul. Pleasure included!

  • Wednesday to Friday: single ticket 10 Euro / 3 tickets per person 20 Euro / 6 tickets per person 40 Euro.
  • Saturday and Sunday do not have their own discounts.
  • For more than 7 tickets (Wed-Sun), the weekly discount of 50 euros fixed price applies, which is never exceeded.
